Yes, the Start plan is and will remain free. It is ideal for smaller communities or for getting started. It is only limited by storage capacity (5 GB), number of contacts (100) and number of administrators (1). The number of regular members is unlimited. Some advanced features have limits on this plan, but for basic operation and everyday use the app is fully functional.

If your community grows and you need more than 100 contacts or more storage, the system will notify you. You can then easily switch to the Standard or Premium plan, which offer higher limits (up to 1500 contacts and 50 GB of storage).

We want you to be completely satisfied with the app. If you purchase a paid plan (Standard or Premium) and find within the first 14 days that it doesn't suit you, we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

Security is our priority. Your data is stored on secure Microsoft servers in Germany (Frankfurt). The entire infrastructure complies with strict EU GDPR standards and communication is encrypted.

Yes! If you choose annual billing instead of monthly, you automatically get a 20% discount. That's equivalent to more than two months of free use every year.

With the Start plan you have access to our online help center. The Standard and Premium plans include priority 24/7 support, where our team will help you resolve any question or technical issue as quickly as possible.
